Possibilities
If using a VPN, then the location of the VPN exit point is what the outside world is going to see as your location.
Another possibility, is that your ISP was able to purchase some IP addresses from a company previously located in Stockholm, and the location-to-IP address association database has not caught up.
Macs have no geolocation capability. The location shown is that of your router.
Long answer here: How can I manually set the location on my Mac? - Apple Community
Shorter answer: if you are using a VPN, don't.
That won't help. I suggest that you review that other discussion, including the Apple technical references contained within it.
If you have questions by all means return to this one and ask, but there is little more I could add to that longwinded explanation.
So if the location is a problem with my router, what do I do? Should I just disconnect it for a few minutes and connect it back on?
As a quick and easy Test
Open Find My application and / or Maps Application
Does it report, accurately, your approximate Physical Location ?
