Calendar Appointment Time Off

Hi. So I’m having a problem where:

I create an appointment for today, 7am-8am

I want to add the same appointment (title and time) to tomorrow

Create a new event for tomorrow, start typing the name of today’s appointment and see the little drop down where it shows pre-existing appointments

I see my previously created appointment, but the suggested time is off by 7 hours (00:00-01:00 instead of 07:00-08:00)

Time zone is New York on device and calendar event

This has been a problem since iOS18 and also happens to older calendar appointments as well as across devices

Any pointers as to what to check?

Thanks!

Follow up: So when I create a new appointment, ‘All-Day’ is selected by default and the suggested time ie 0-1. When I uncheck ‘All-Day’ and type in the appointment title, the time frame changes from 11:00-12:00 which is close to my current time which would make sense. Still would be nice if it’d match the time from the original appointment, as that’s what it’s going to be for all future appointments…
