I want my daughter to pay with her iPhone and wanted to add a debit card to Apple Pay. It gave me a message that account is not supported because she is 13. I checked the Apple Cash option but that does not work either because we are not in the US.
What can I do?
iPhone 13, iOS 16
Change her Apple ID age so it's older and can add a card to Apple Pay.

How old is your daughter and what country are you in. Some countries have much higher age restrictions than 13 to use electronic wallets.
