Restoring a music playlist from a Time Machine backup.

Hello all,

I have recently bought a new iphone 16 pro max and has become a nightmare with getting my music correct on my iPhone. 10/22/24 somehow when i synced my old iphone to my mac (using finder> iPhone name> music tab >un check the sync music onto) (image provide) only music was showing previously on iphone were song that were purchased only form iTunes. Somehow the process worked and added all my songs my new phone, but then it deleted songs from the mac playlist when i did the same process on my old phone, it deleted the non iTunes purchased song from my mac (downloaded song from cds ect). Now the only songs showing in the playlist are only purchased songs from iTunes ( all of the music is still available in my large music library ) Is there anyway to get the individual playlist back on my mac. I have back up from time machine. I tried this process but had no luck or made i didn't underwent the steps

Can I Restore A Deleted iTunes playlist v… - Apple Community

*My new phone currently has all the playlist, i didn't sync the new iPhone to the mac after the old phone parcially deleted the playlist. So not sure if the a way to get the playlist from the iPhone to the mac either.

Would appreciate any help and the proper step to get this completed just hope i don't have to do the this the manual way by individually adding each song to the playlist.
