Yellowstone Season 5 Part 1 & 2, I paid $39.95 for that on 11/16/2022.

I paid Apple TV for Part 1 & Part2 of Season 5 Yellowstone. They never delivered Part 2 and I have not received a refund fr non delivery. I contacted Apple about this today and the rep acted like this is the first time they have heard this problem. Their defense is that this was 2 years ago. This seems like fraud when you collet money for a product and it is not delivered. I know I have seen other consumers who paid and did not receive a refund for nondelivery of Part 2, Season 5. Are we just supposed to forget about this like it never happened? They even have it on their subscription page for me but she says it was delivered! Apparently no one was in charge of following up on Part 2. I am sure they have some disclaimer regarding but it burns me up when I think of how much money I pay Apple each month for subscriptions.

That is true that Part 2 is being released on November 10th. This is why I contacted Apple at this time to request a portion of my money back. But- this is the pointI am trying to make- it is being released without charge to run on CBS for free. Why did subscribers pay Apple for this exclusivity in November 2022? If the decision was made to release this without the prior restrictions that were in line in 2022 then Apple should be refunding a portion of the 39.95 that was paid for exclusive viewing of Season 5 Part 2 by everyone who subscribed. When I contacted Apple their view on is this was in 2022(a long time ago)and their records show all the episodes were delivered to me in 2022. We know that is not true. The amount of time that has elapsed since they took my money should make no difference if they didn't deliver the product. . I pay Apple $45.33 per month, every month for their features that I subscribe to on their site. I do not think it is asking too much to that a credit be applied to my account and every other subscriber who paid for this in 2022. When a paid concert is delayed or cancelled the ticket holders are due refunds. I am surprised that this is not evident to others but perhaps I am inarticulate in my explanation.

Not really sure why you contacted to request a portion of your money back as the product will be delivered generally about 1 week after airing.

Correct. Just as the series was on Paramount/CBS. That is no different than before.

Why did subscribers pay Apple for this exclusivity in November 2022?

What exclusivity? Yellowstone offered no such exclusivity to Apple TV+ subscribers.

Subscribed to what? You purchased a season pass. Season passes allow you to automate purchases of a season so that you do not need to log in and purchase the episode each week. It is not a subscription nor does it offer any kind of exclusivity.

This is indeed true as part 2 has not yet been released.

Apple cannot deliver a product that the studio has not yet made available.

That's not how a season pass works. If you have issues with the delay in release, contact the studio.

Yellowstone Season 5 Part 1 & 2, I paid $39.95 for that on 11/16/2022.
