How can restore iPod classic and erase data on it without iTunes?
The iPod 8GB stills works, I just want to erase everything and sell/donate it.
I want to do the same with iPod A1446. Thanks.

Restore it from the Finder on a Mac or Devices on a PC; if needed, use a friend's or a public computer. If you're trying to erase it from the iPod itself, you can't.
