I only want to see the iCloud calendar on my iPad, not the calendar associated with my email address. I’m trying to have ONE calendar that my wife and can both see to avoid having entries show up on one iPad and not on the other. I there anyway to do this?

On the iPad, go to Settings > Apps > Mail > Accounts and, for each account (except iCloud), turn off Calendar.
