Iphone 16 Pro Max Charging Cable Wattage?

I'm very confused by the charging cable wattage differences for the USB C, and want to make sure I'm not "over-charging" my phone.

I currently have Apple's USB C and an Anker 20W block, does that make the cable wattage a non factor?

Most of the cables I've found are around 100W, and just want to make sure I'm taking care of the device.

I also have an Ipad Air 5th gen as well.

I'm wanting to get longer cables than those provided by Apple

It is impossible to overcharge the phone. The "charger" is in the phone and it automatically controls the current flowing to the battery.

Make sure that the cable will handle a minimum of 30 watts. You can go for whatever maximum you want.
