LaCie external drive won't mount & not visible in Disk Utility

MBP 2017 1 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7

Ventura 13.7

LaCie External drive connected via USB is not visible in Disk Utility (screenshot attached) and will not mount.

Problem seemed to arise after Ventura install.

Disk Utility/Show All Devices is checked

Finder Settings/General - All items checked

Finder Settings/Sidebar - External disks checked

Swapped cables/adapters, tried different ports. Another LaCie external drive mounts without issue.

I've restarted, zapped PRAM, reset SMC, tried a couple of Terminal commands (not all that familiar with it and don't want to explore that further without more assistance).

Unit is on and running and does show in the USB Device tree (attached).

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
