Bank balance widget not available on my iPhone 13 Pro Max after iOS 18 update

I’m having the same problem. That was the most handy feature that I use the most often on my iPhone and I miss it. I tried contacting my credit union about this and have not received any response either.

Same. Lost NAB & CBA AFTER the 18 update. Can’t add any bank widget now to my screen. Which is so annoying as it was so handy!

Hey same problem here, Beyond Bank Australia. I was waiting for them to have an app update and hoping this would fix the issue, but still no dice. No widget since iOS 18.

Many banks have stopped updating their widgets because so few bank customers installed and used the widget. Please inquire from your bank’s support team if they are supporting their widget.

The first thing is confirm with your bank’s support team their widget supports iOS 18. The support team may also be able to assist with enabling the widget. If they can’t help, post a reply and I can try to assist with enabling the bank’s widget.

Just updated this week and have lost all widgets including NAB and Defence Bank (Elders and a bunch of others). Disheartening to read this thread that neither Apple nor other players seem interesting in fixing this. I really relied on the quick balance when at a checkout to do a quick (!) double-check before tapping.

Same here. Have lost 2 widgets. ING Bank and Bank of Melbourne.

Same problem here! iPhone 14 + iOS 18.

I just had that discussion with nab (via a complaint) and they’re suggesting it’s my problem to sort out. Good on ‘em - always helpful.

Has anyone found an answer to this? I've lost my NAB quick balance widget after updating to iOS 18 yesterday 😭😭😭

Mine went months ago with iOS 18. I contacted nab on several occasions.

a. They’re no interested, and

b. They blame Apple.
