top 100 most played won’t put the songs in order by amount of times played.

so basically. i have a smart playlist for the top 100 most played songs. i have the rules set correctly. but for whatever reason, it’s not in order by amount of times the song was played. so instead of it being accurate and starting with 106 and going down to 89 and so on. it’s like. 17, 31, 89, 15

??? what

itunes used to put these smart playlists in order by amount of times played. and it’s not in order. what’s the point of having the list? does anyone know how to fix this?

it also used to show you the amount of times played without having to side click “get info” and i have no idea if that’s something i can turn on? but it’s annoying not seeing them.

i’ve tried copy to play order which i keep seeing in threads but i couldn’t find this question and im frustrated and confused so any insight would be awesome.

there’s literally no sort option for most played songs. they’re supposed to do that themselves with a smart playlist. that’s why i made this post. it doesn’t do that anymore. it doesn’t automatically follow the smart playlists rules like it did back in the olden days. and changing the style of the playlist by artist or album or whatever doesn’t make the smart playlist behave like a smart playlist should.
