Macbook does not see the internal SSD

When turning on the macbook it shows a folder with a question mark, there is nothing in the download manager (alt at startup). The disk utility in Internet Recovery does not see any disks

The problem was discovered about a week ago, when the laptop began to freeze and reboot when the disk was loaded. Then it stopped starting on its own (it was necessary to manually select the disk with MacOS Venture when booting, and sometimes it was not there. Resetting the SMC helped)

Now there is no disk at all. While the macbook was loading the system, I checked the disk status: the disk utility did not detect any problems, and the disk status itself in the system information was "checked". I cannot check the SSD on another computer, since in the A1534 model the disk is soldered to the motherboard

MacBook, macOS 13.6
