iMessage Serbia region does not exist

On my IPhone 7 Plus there is no region option Serbia on iMessage and I can’t send messages at all, only receive them. I don’t know what to do. My provider is Yettel.

Carriers don't support iMessage at all. iMessage is an Apple message system. So advising someone to check with their carrier won't help them. at all.
