I tried multiple cards to try add to my apple pay and it won’t let me, anybody else had this issue or know how to fix? I reset everything, network , the apple wallet , update software etc. Please don’t tell me it’s my bank because it’s NOT!

iPhone 13, iOS 17
I have the IPhone 13 , they say its Apple, Apples says its them. I have reset my phone, completely erased everything. I already had my banks clear the tokens for my cards which they have. I have also updated my phone ( which is when it stopped letting me add my cards), Apple had ran a diagnostic on my phone everything is good. Im in the correct region, literally tried majority of the troubleshooting steps there are but still getting the error “ Card not added, contact bank issuer for more information. Oh and let me remind you its not just one bank its 3 different banks so thats why at this point I think its Apple and not the bank :/
Was it a brand new iPhone or refurbished from T-mobile?
Im not understanding something. You said it worked fine until you updated it and the n you said you tried everything including updating. I’m confused. Please provide more details so I can understand what’s going on? Thanks!
What iPhone do you have? What did the bank(s) tell you that makes you suspect it’s your iPhone?
Is the iPhone new? If so, did you purchase it from Apple? Are you using new Apple ID?
Yes i barely got it a month or 2 ago it was working fine before updated my phone and it stopped working and no from Tmobile and no its my same one for years.
It is new and sorry yea before I updated to the 17 ios my apple wallet was letting me add cards, I just updated to the 18.01 yesterday.
13 , one bank , mountain America credit union, dave, fidelity etc
