How do I make a spreadsheet of scores and percentages on Numbers App?

I've searched for an answer to my question but what I've found doesn't quite help. I work in a school and need to put a score in column 1, and the maximum number which can be scored in column 2 (i.e. 61 out of 70), and then the percentage in column 3 (i.e. 61 (in col 1) out of 70 (in col 2) equals 87%. I will have a list of students and this formula against each name. I hardly use Numbers or Excel, so am an amateur.
