How do I remove my AirPods Max from my ex’s Find My?

My ex-fiance used my airmax multiple times and added it to his “find my iPhone” and he’s tracking my location and stalking me how can it removed from his device? This flaw from apple is dangerous i couldn’t remove them or disable the location and he’s abusive. Please let me know as i’ve tried to check the “Lock” but it doesn’t include airpods. And i tried marking them as lost although they’re with me but still he can see my location live.

There is in fact no “flaw from [A]pple”. What there is instead is some issue involving AirPods ownership, location sharing, and/or Apple ID.

One Apple ID owns those AirPods. First of all, hopefully you’re not sharing an Apple ID with your ex fiancé. If you are, that must stop immediately.

Assuming there’s no shared Apple ID, your ex-fiancé “owns” the AirPods if they were last paired to his device. You won’t be able to unpair them without his consent, so your best action in this case is to dispose of the AirPods (or store them somewhere and seek legal assistance).
