STOLEN AIRPODS!

so my AirPod pros were stolen. I Can see the location and it’s at some house. My father went to the house and asked about it but nobody is giving them back. And I know they were lying because like I said I have the location. So I’m not sure how I get them back. Or is there a way I can deactivate them? So that person can’t use them because they don’t need to use MY stuff. Which they took.
