Apple Pay historical transactions (not Apple Card)

I'm trying to untangle a mess of transactions on one of my credit cards, after a trip overseas and several family members using the same credit card on their own phones, using Apple Pay. So very convenient! There are some transactions that show in the Wallet app, generally only the last 10 transactions that I made show for the particular card. However, I am able to find older transactions on my phone if I put in the search correctly. For example, I shop at ALDI a lot - and I can see all of my old ALDI transactions, if I search using the search button (at the bottom of my iphone X above the pinned icons on the bottom of the screen). Right now I am looking at the search results after typing in ALDI. I see a number of options in the search results, but I want the ones for Wallet, and then I pick the Show More. I see 13 transactions for ALDI, and the oldest one is from January of 2024. So I know that the transactions are still on my phone. Is there any way that I can access them, like in a list? It's hard to get the search string just right to get the results to show up. For some of the transactions that I see on my bank statement, we can't figure out which family member made the purchase. Can anyone help me, please? Thank you
