I have been using Microsoft Word on my IPad for years. I went to save the document to a file location and it just disappeared. I tried some dummy documents and they are disappearing as well. Now I am frozen. I’ve lost hours of work. And I am afraid to use my IPad to complete my work product.

they really really like to save by default to ms onedrive, if it was me then I would check there before accepting the loss
