Music disappeared from itunes

I logged into iTunes on windows and a message popped up saying I am no longer subscribed to Apple Music then all my music library disappeared. it is still on my phone thankfully. I started to sync but it looked like it was going to remove music from phone (data storage for music went from 10 gb to 0) so I cancelled the sync. Reinstalled iTunes but no change. My music is available on phone but not showing in the phone section of iTunes when plugged in. There is a combo of iTunes purchases & wav file transfers. I have had this music library for years.

since my last log in to iTunes I have purchased iPhone 15, subscribed to Apple Music for first time and unsubscribed.

I have a lot of cd’s & vinyl that I transfer to my phone so I need to get my library back on windows.

Any thoughts?
