Organizing list with pictures of belongings to be available to heirs

We are older and have a houseful of things from various parts of our lives. Some things are valuable and some are sentimental. When either of us passes, there can be no assurance that others know the history about most of the items. I would like to use an app that is likely also connected to Numbers so I can make a "page" for each thing including

1) description of item

2) picture of item

3) rated with $$$ or hearts about its value

4) details about the item and its history, timing

I would like to be able to add "pages" and also to look at a list of the items.

Any recommendations of apps that would do this? Both of us should have input so it needs to be a document that can be shared from IOS.

I would advise to keep it simple. Use a word processor or spreadsheet. Some users may find the rows and columns of spreadsheets handy for listing and describing items and giving them various properties.

Apple Pages (or Word, or LibreOffice or whatever you already use and are familiar with)

Apple Numbers (or Excel, or LibreOffice or whatever you already use and are familiar with)

2) picture of item

I would advise to export images to a low resolution version before importing to your document, else the document will grow enormously in size from many embedded images. As it would be used mostly only for identification, it likely doesn’t need to be super detailed. Many photos of unique items can easily be scaled down to about 200×200px, if the original image had good lighting and contrast.
