I have a 2017/18 Macbook (not air or pro, they've since been discontinued). I have it plugged into a Dell 34" Curved Videoconferencing Monitor (C3422WE), with a built-in camera to the monitor. I am trying to get it setup so I can use the built-in camera on the monitor for Teams/ zoom calls, but it doesn't pick-up. I have the HDMI linking them. Do I need to use a USB? Or is it not possible to use the camera? Thanks for your help.

Hi,
I think you can't use builtin camera, though if your monitor has USB-A port, it could use builtin camera via USB-A connection like Apple Cinema Display.
