iTunes not syncing on my pc to library

I noticed that the past few months everything I had loaded into my iTunes, did not show up in my destination folder on my PC. I finally saw when I bring down the pool down menu that sink to library and save new purchases to library both are greyed out. I have looked all over to try to see how to fix this. I’ve watched YouTube and all they keep telling me is how to sync my iTunes with my phone and that is not what I wanna do.

I want to sync my iTunes on my PC my destination folder on my PC.

Reinstalling iTunes would not work because I will lose everything. I’ve put on there the past few months because it is not backed up in my. On my PC. I have had Windows 11 for about two years and it is just the last few months that this has happened.

Please help. Up to now I’ve had no problems at all.

apple's solution

  1. update your iphone firmware (not working)
  2. update your itunes (if newest version - delete - reinstall) (not working)
  3. restart your iphone or use other cable (not working)
  4. factory reset and try again (not working)

if you have music sync problem (random song missing) than, try check all your wishes song

right click - get info - comments (type in any words) - okay - sync

i have no idea why this steps working but it works but still have no idea, why can't delete songs

to the phone. (no music itunes - no music phone but no music itunes still have music on my phone)
