Mouse Not Working When Opening Death Stranding
Every single time that I open Death Stranding via Spotlight, Launchpad, or the App Dock, I have an issue using my bluetooth mouse. Specifically the mouse doesn't even switch to the game when opening, it's not like I can't see the mouse and it's there, it's actually gone when opening Death Stranding. It seems to be an application or some sort of handshake issue because the mouse works perfectly fine on literally, everything else, it's not a weird/unique mouse. I use a Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed I also have a Magic Mouse and the issue persists. It only happens when switching from desktops or opening the application in any way.
For example: I use Spotlight to open Death Stranding, Spot light works fine and opens the app, the mouse dissapears from view as the game loads into the main starting page, this is when the mouse problem is noticed as buttons are shown but the mouse is gone and no matter how long you wait, nothing changes, just no mouse. I have tried moving the mouse all over the screen while clicking, nothing highlights, showing that the mouse is completely gone.
There seems to be 2 work-arounds to get it back: 1. Use the trackpad and that instantly brings back the mouse, and that works perfectly well even when switching between desktops but the wireless mouse doesn't work, but when I turn off the mouse then turn it back on, the pointer shows up and works as intended. So it seems like the game doesn't recognize any mice when starting up and you have to disconnect/reconnect the mouse. As I said, it can't be the mouse because this affects the Magic Mouse and my main mouse as well.
I've uninstalled the game and reinstalled it, and this issue persists. I believe it could be a handoff issue, a recognition issue, or a device issue (since it seems nobody else has this problem).
Let me know if there's something I'm doing wrong or if there's something I should do. Please fix this issue.
