Apple TV frozen on my desktop , using Chrome browser, stuck on the Free trail page , despite paying subscription. This happen last year. Apple telephone support , weren't helpful or didn't know how to fix

For browser access to tv.apple.com, try deleting website data (“cookies”) for the apple.com domain in the browser settings. Then try again signing in through the blue Sign In button in the top-right corner of the tv.apple.com web page.
Alternatively, try the Apple TV app for Windows (i.e. not through browser).
