First of all, my son have an ipad with apple teacher and mobile device management from their school. Some of my friend said that teacher can see the ipad screen everytime. Is that true? i still not find the most definite and convincing answer.

MDM software allows for Remote viewing and Screen Sharing as that is to be expected when a device is being remotely managed. You will need to contact the school to determine if they are actively using those features.

If the iPad is "supervised" or centrally managed by an MDM platform - as is common with Educational establishments and Business/Enterprise owned devices - you would be wise to assume that all activity is monitored by, and is visible to, the owner of the management platform.
You should assume that the school can see anything done on the device they own and provided to your son.
