Logic Pro 11 doesn't work on Mac M1

Hello, community. I have updated to Logic Pro 11 on my Mac Mini M1 and it has not worked, I have done everything, I tried a new user and yes it opened, but with everything I have done I could not try much more; when restoring from time machine to be able to access Logic in its previous version and see some guidelines that seemed to be incompatible with Logic, I tried to update again, and again it gave me the problem, even so it opened after a long time and some new features that I wanted to try were NOT, like ChromaGlow. I've been checking with another Mac Mini, the one with M2 and everything is fine. I'm afraid there has been a problem with M1 but I can't find any reference in the Spanish and Spanish communities in general on the web. Has anyone had the problem around here? Thank you.

Regards.

Hola, comunidad. Gracias.

Un saludo.

Find the Logic Pro application via the Finder, select it, press Command-I (Get Info from the File menu) and uncheck "Open using Rosetta".

To see the Apple Silicon features, you have to launch the application natively and not via the Intel (Rosetta) emulation. This also fixes the extremely long launch time.

Apparently M1 takes a lot of work to process this new update, I started with the fact that it didn't respond to me and I only had to wait a few minutes and the software responded ... it then asks you to download a package of almost 13 gigabytes that takes about 8 minutes but finally opened my sessions. I hope my comment helps you, just wait for your Mac m1 to process it

Hello, Ghiztroyer,

In my case I just had to remove the Rosetta selection and it goes as usual; their thing would be that from Apple Support they warned of that big change because if it doesn't look like it doesn't go, to me at least the thirty times I tried to open it with Roseta it opened three times, and without exaggerating, so it is clear that Roseta should not be active in this new Logic Pro 11.

Regards and thank you for your reply.

Hola, Ghiztroyer,
