When I open the text message app and click to message someone the plus sign next the the type space wont open up any apps like photos or game pigeon. I’ve tried resetting my phone many times and it still doesn’t work.

I just got off the phone with Apple support and we were able to fix this issue. Go to Settings >> Safari>>Advanced>>Feature flags>>Reset to all defaults.
