Mac Studio keeps using internal mic

I’m running a Mac Studio,Sonoma Logic Pro x newest version

I have a model 12 I’m using as a interface

recently noticed the mic icon keeps coming on and even tho everything is set for the model 12 why I input monitor it is picking up the room noise from internal mic

apples answer is to disable the mic in security well when you do that as soon as you go to record it makes you turn the mic back on

sometimes it will shut off the icon goes away when I start recording or it stays on and I’m getting sound from me sweating in my vocal booth for apparently no reason becuz the internal mic is having a good ol time recording everything in the room outside the booth
