I’ve bought an iPad Air 5th gen 4 days ago and this iPad have Unresponsive Touch issue and Apple Support says thats a manufacturing defect and need to replace the device. I just want to know i’ll get a fresh new iPad in exchange or a Refurbished iPad. My iPad is just 4 days old and no scratch or anything it have.
