Unable to play or download tracks in Apple Music on my PC

Just installed Apple Music on my PC as I could not work out how to cast music from my iphone to my PC

It sees my library and can play it but when I browse for music it just skips each track in the album then plays a random one from my library

When I try to download a track to see if it will play I get error -2145844847

I have an active subscription thats works on both my iphones

My PC is a registered device so its not that
