How to cancel the order through online chat or email?
Hi there.
My Vision Pro order is Preparing to Ship, but I can not find the cancel.
Due I am overseas, I can't make a call.
I try to go to www.apple.com/store, Ask a Specialist, Connect With A Specialist, but there are only two options.
I tried ASL Sign Language Support, but they won't help the normal people and asked me to end the video chat.
That is annoying, I can't find any online help or email anyway.
