Forgotten the passcode for my VisionPro
I've forgotten the passcode for my VisionPro.
How many times can I attempt to enter the passcode?
I've forgotten how many times I've tried, but I'm currently in a state where I can try again after 15 minutes.
Additionally, the "Forgot Passcode?" option does not appear.
In this case, do I need to send it to Apple Store for a reset?
Can I receive assistance even if I am not subscribed to AppleCare?
Also, when mailing it, do I need to send the entire unit?
I am currently overseas and am having a lot of trouble.
