Black screen randomly on Vision Pro while watching show

So, I was watching Masters of the Air on Vision Pro and at the 49:00 minute mark of episode 2 I was experience just a black screen. When I would move the time bar I could see it being displayed on small screen. However, when I would play screen would stay black. Only at that mark I’m having issues. Has anyone else encountered this issue?

Same here - display went black from 48:43 until the end of Episode 2. Had shorter black patches earlier in the series (I don’t recall episode 1 or 2. The audio plays fine and scrolling the timeline shows thumbnails of the video, but. It in the main screen. All the other visuals (like the environment) show fine so it’s just the video content that must have some sort of encoding problem. Plays fine on my Apple TV.

I shut the goggles down and restarted them but it didn’t resolve the issue. Now in addition to the blackouts, the Apple TV App is showing two separate windows, one with the content browser and a separate window with the show being viewed. So when I launch a movie the browser widow needs to be closed and then if I close the movie I have to relaunch the Apple TV to bring the browser back. That’s not how it was working yesterday.

I had the same issue. It only happens when watching masters of the air on the Apple Vision Pro. Mighty annoying. I’ve watched other movies with no issues - so I’m not sure if it’s the series or the appleTV app on the headset.

The screen goes black, you can still hear voices but not pictures until it returns by itself. Can happen multiple times in an episode.

Okay same exact issue. I want to say this is hopefully an Apple TV app issue. Because, with other shows and movies I have yet to run into this issue. Also, with the beginning of episode 3 I ran into exact same issue as well. Could be a video output issue on that part, the file for the movie, or a bug with the application in general. Hopefully, with a new update they mention the issue being resolved.
