Vision Pro seems to put a floating yellow ring into the 3d space once battery gets down about 15%. Not documented anywhere.
AND it doesn’t go away when you charge the battery, at least at 55% SOC it was still there. Went away on a reboot. I think it should have cleared once SOC was above the trigger level.

Could be, try force restarting and see if it goes away. You can force restart by holding down on the digital crown and the capture button for 10 seconds.
I actually tried a reboot as my post states.
