I set up my Persona and Optic ID at home. When i took the unit to work the Optic ID said it was invalid and I had to reset. Then my persona would not come up in Zoom or FaceTime and I needed to reset that. I turned the unit off for 15 minutes. Cam back to use and the same issues arose. No Optic ID. No persona once I reset

First try a restart: Restart Apple Vision Pro
Then try to capture your persona again using the advice found here: Capture and edit your Persona (beta) on Apple Vision Pro - Apple Support

I set up my Optic ID then when i turn off unit and turn back on to use the Optic ID needs to be reset and doesn’t read. Why?
