Strange vision pro headset email from Apple
Last night, I received an email from Apple thanking me for my vision pro headset purchase. It was offering me a 30 minute consultation appointment with an apple specialist. I never purchased an apple vision pro headset, nor do I have the desire to purchase a vision pro headset. I contacted Apple Support about this email, and the advisor told me I was the third person he had spoken to about this. He recommended I change my Apple ID password immediately, which I did.
Why did Apple send me an email thanking me for my vision pro headset purchase when I never purchased a vision pro headset? According to the Apple Support specialist I spoke with, Apple seems to have no idea why these erroneous emails are going out.
