Vision Pro Device Disabled
My wife added a passcode yesterday, and forgot it (don't ask. It's all my fault cause I'm the husband). Now the device is disabled and says she has to wait 3 hours. I researched and it seems that no one has a resolution for this issue. I tried to create an appointment with the Genius Bar tomorrow but my only choice is phone calls when I try make the appointment (in person appointment is not an option). I wonder if anyone else has this issue? Can I just go to the apple store and get them to reset this device?
