as shatter effect like the one in after effect ?

This make sense to me, thank you for giving me more perspective. We will be here to help you. I'm glad you found your way here. When I was beginning in Motion, this is the resource that helped me move forward more than any other.
You can do a shatter effect, you may want to look for a YT video on that.
Bending is possible via a coded plugin, it's not something Motion does easily on its own.

search for 'Animate Bending Shapes in Motion 5' and you should find the lesson that teaches the method. You will recognise it from the example I posted before.
You can have more than one shape (cell) in a replicator, and you can vary sizes easily.
