You have a font called "Academy Sans", and the document mentions a missing "AcademySans".
The name of the font in your document is missing the space between the two words.
I have no idea if this is a different font, or what is happening. I take it that you received this Motion file from someone else, right? Maybe this can clarify. It may be possible (and indeed it's is easy to do) to edit the file to change the name of the font in it. A Motion document is really just an XML file, so you could open it with TextMate or BBEdit (or even TextEdit) and make a find and replace - that is, assuming that it was just a problem with file name.

I had previously changed the name of the font to match and that didn't work.
But this time I opened the motion project in Textedit and did a find a replace and matched the name to the font name.
Looks was just a file name issue.
