itune and iso updates
I am trying to update my gen 6 ipad, it says I need to update to latest version of Itunes but then when trying to update Itunes it does not do anything and then says to update iso
If you're trying to update your iPad 6th gen using iTunes (computer application for PCs or very ancient Macs), can you please check what iTunes version is currently running on your computer?
You can find that info in iTunes>Help... the last option at the bottom "Itunes Information".
Also, please let us know what computer you are using (PC or Mac) and what operating system version is currently installed on it.
