How do I update software on iPad Mini 2 from iOS 9.3.5 to 12.7 (last version)? The auto software update says 9.3.5 is "up to date" when it obviously is not.

I tried to remove Beta under General>Software Update but it does not appear as an option - goes directly to checking for an update.
Device model is MD530C/A - can you confirm if it is a Mini 2?

If you actually have an iPad mini 2, remove the beta profile, restart the unit, and check for updates again. If it's an iPad mini 1, you can't.
