Can't manage/remove old devices

I am trying to setup emergency contact for recovery but I have to remove old devices that are running old OS software and can't be updated. In the Manage Devices screen the remove button is grayed out. The phone is gone so I can't sign on to sign out of the istore.

Can't delete old Windows-device from my Apple ID I have a moment 22... I tried to activate the new "Advanced Data Protection", but got an error saying I have to first update or delete some old devices from my Apple ID that wasn't supported. I deleted a bunch of old Windows devices (shown because of iCloud), but one is stuck and can't be deleted. When I click the Windows-device it says "Device Not Found. The device you selected is no longer associated with your account". The other Windows-devices could be deleted without issues, but not this one. I tried deleting it from my iPhone, iPad and browsers but same error. Not sure what I can do more since the device is recycled >5 years ago and can't activate the new data protection features until this is deleted.

Unrecognized device I just removed an unrecognized device. Is there a way to see the info of all my old devices to see when it was added and how long it has been being used?
