video goes black

On my Mac Studio, two of my 4 outputs on the back are running to a Atem Mini Extreme. This device supporst 1080 up to 60htz .

Things always start out fine, but then randomly, the Studio will just go black and seemingly disconnect from the displays. the only way to get it to come back is by disconnecting from the ports OR going into display and making a change to the display, either the resolution OR the frame rate. I have just dropped to 30.

I have actually tried this in all different settings and this issue still happens. I even have made sure that nothing is connected other than the video displays (ie no hubs )

This computer is the hub to a livestreaming set up. In total I am using all 5 displays, but all are well under the maximum resolutions and frame rate allowed for this computer.

HDMI cables you want for HDMI-only Displays (higher resolutions than 720p TV sets) are marked as Certified with an anti-counterfeiting tag and are labeled:

"Premium High Speed HDMI cable" or that + "with Ethernet" --OR--

"Ultra High Speed HDMI cable" or that + "48G"

Cables with No Certification tags are good for your standard 720p TV set, and not much more.

HDMI was invented for HD TV sets. it works great at its original resolution of 720i or 720p. At higher resolutions, it quickly develops issues that are complex to solve, and the cables and adapters required to solve are NOT intuitive.
