When I open Safari I receive a warning "Compromised password" for a particular website. I went to the website and deleted my account but I still get the warning to click a link to 're-secure my account.' What else should I do please?

Safari has no way to know you deleted an account for a website. All it does is compare its list of saved passwords to "... a continuously updated and curated list of passwords known to have been exposed in leaks from different online organizations."
