Mastering Assistant doesn't recognize apple silicon in other modes outside of clean

I have 10.8 Logic Pro running on M2 Max Mac Studio 2023

When I open up M.A. & go to character, the only option that is available & not grayed out is "Clean".

The options Valve, Punch & Transparent are grayed out with the "Requires Apple Silicon" text next to them.

My Mac is a silicon Mac. So why am I getting this & how can it be fixed?

Mac Studio, macOS 13.6

Go to Applications Folder then highlight the Logic Pro icon.

Select Get Info

In the General section right below the copyright info you’ll see Open using Rosetta. If it’s checked. Uncheck it. Remove the check mark.

Thats it.

Close out the “Get info” window & launch Logic Pro.
