I have an I phone 13 and the credit card used for payment method has expired. When I try to change method to a different card the “add payment method “ icon on my phone is grayed out how do I correct the grayed out icon so I can add a new credit card

Make sure Apple Wallet (and other apps you want to be able to make changes to) is turned on
