Annoying Malwares

I keep receiving these pesky pop ups saying my Mac is infected and that action is needed, I know it's a malware because it has happened to me a few years ago. Clean my Mac isn't detecting any malware on the report but it is in there somewhere for sure, can someone shed a light please :)
