Possibly, as long as they didn't sign you out of Find My too.

This support article has a list of things to do if your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen. --> If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen - Apple Support There is a case for NOT doing step #7 where you remove the device from your account. Removing it would disable Activation Lock and make the device usable to a thief or a finder. As long as you set Lost Mode and/or erase the device, it will be not be recognized as a trusted device. This information is recommended by Apple in this thread I lost my iPhone - Apple Community

- The Find My service described in the article is the only recovery feature Apple offers. It must be set up before the device is lost.

Read this support article to find out how to use the Find My app to locate a missing device or item. Click here --> Use the Find My app to locate a missing device or item - Apple Support

- A person can use the Find My app on a device owned by someone in their Family Sharing group.

- Alternatively, anybody can sign into https://www.icloud.com/find to locate their device using a browser. You don't need a two-factor code if you use any internet browser and log into www.icloud.com/find

Note that the address must include the "/find" as shown above.

The chances of locating a device depend upon which features you selected in:

Set up Find My on your iPhone, Mac, and other devices - Set up Find My on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Mac - Apple Support
