My iTunes account has been disabled on many occasions and I have paid for it to get reinstalled but just got it disabled again and can’t do anything with my phone what do I do

Every time I try looking something up on my phone it comes up and says it has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes account

If your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes, it isn’t something that you can fix yourself. You will need to contact Apple Support.
